Hailing from Australia and New York, Future Relative’s brand of Electronica is ready to ignite crowds across the world. Although from opposite ends of the world, musicians Lex Sadler and Armand Aviram found each other in the New York live circuit, bonding over their love for 90′s Trip/Hop and 80′s Electropop. With influences such as Underworld, Daft Punk, Depeche Mode and contemporary Electro artists like Deadmau5 and IAMX, Future Relative looks to create longer form electronic pop fusion. Known for their exciting visual representations on stage, this is a band that’s looking to stimulate audiences on more than one level. After recent successful shows at New York’s Highline Ballroom and Mercury Lounge (opening for Aussie band Art Vs. Infernal Devices met online over a shared love for electronic dance music and their desire to create a visceral, interactive live experience for their musical creations. After a long discussion one night about the joys of 80's sci-fi and dance music, Andy Miccolis and Mark Allen agreed that their project would be a unique visual take on electropop. With this in mind, they holed up in their studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, writing, recording and constructing a live show to bring retro-futurism to the post-disco dancefloor, combining floor-pounding beats with melodic hooks. The Phenomatron is the centerpiece of Infernal Devices' live show. It looks like what you'd imagine a time machine would look like - a large wooden box fitted with copper pipes, colored lights, and glowing wires. When the beat starts pumping, the Phenomatron springs to life, and the stage is awash with color and sound, connecting artist and audience like never before.

Danielle Eva Schwob is a London-born but New York-based musician whose creative work spans multiple genres. A composer, songwriter, guitarist and singer who grew up performing in bands, improvising and writing songs, she later found her way to concert music: a discovery that broadened and shaped her compositional voice significantly. Now she continues to work in both concert and popular idioms and is interested in projects that challenge her to connect these two disparate worlds. Her music has been described as "ominous...satisfyingly dark" (Sequenza21), "truly terrific" (WRIU 90.3FM), "dark and beautiful" (Consequence of Sound) and an "emotional exorcism" (SonicScoop), and has been featured on NPR's blog, Deceptive Cadence. Often noted for its strong use of melody and evocative sound worlds, it has also been broadcast on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network, WRIU 90.3FM and WVVY 93.7FM, earning her honours from the Aaron Copland Fund for Music, Con Edison/Exploring the Metropolis, MATA, the Margaret Sanders Foundation, NYU and MSU. Her talents have been featured at venues including Galapagos Art Space, Lincoln Center, Joe's Pub, the Royal Albert Hall, Issue Project Room and Spike Hill. In 2011 she released her debut EP, Overloaded, as a songwriter and performer. Produced by Ido Zmishlany (Ryan Star, Lion of Ido, Gambit, Future Relative), the record is inspired by the pace of the modern day world and the complex relationships that come with it. Launched to a packed house at Fontana's in 2011, the EP is currently streaming online and is available for download on iTunes, Amazon and Bandcamp with promotional performances continuing throughout this year. Other recent and upcoming engagements include: a recording project for Academy Award-nominated composer, Philip Glass, that is under consideration for release on his label, Orange Mountain Music; a commission from Jerome Fund award-winning ensemble, The Nouveau Classical Project (NCP), to be premiered at New York Fashion Week; a Composer's Residency sponsored by Con Edison and Exploring the Metropolis; performances at The Flea Theater's Music With A View Festival, Composers Collaborative inc.'s Serial Underground series and the Exploring the Metropolis festival at the LaGuardia Performing Arts Center; a recording project with Emmy and BAFTA winning composer, Joel Douek; performances of her music by NCP at MATA's Interval Series; and participating as a finalist in MATA's Composition Workshop with Phil Kline. Danielle is also currently working on commissions for The Deviant Septet's Tierkreis project as well as for percussion duo, NoiseBox. As the Artistic Director and Co-Founder of SYZYGY NEW MUSIC, Danielle also plays a significant role in the new music community. Lauded as "astronomical" (The Tribeca Film Festival), "impressive [and] solid…one of 2009's most promising new groups" (Sequenza21), "imaginative, mind-blowing and progressive" (Unveiled Arts) and "exciting and dynamic" (Encore Music Forum), SYZYGY is an ensemble and concert series that programs innovative new concert works, often favouring those by young composers. With SYZYGY, Danielle has coordinated performances featuring her own music in conjunction with venues/companies including Galapagos Art Space, Ableton Live, Chambers Fine Art, RedBull, BMI, Novation and The Nabi Gallery. The group has been noted not only for its artistic achievements, but also for its "business savvy" and ability to attract an "impressively large audience" (Sequenza21), and has commissioned/premiered over a dozen new concert works. No stranger to the world of theatre, Danielle has also lent her talents as a guitarist to numerous productions. Some of her theatre credits include Evita at Northern Stage, Fantasy Football: The Musical? at the TBG Theatre (NYMF), Zombie Prom at The American Theater of Actors, two New York productions of Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Perez Hilton Saves the Universe in concert at Joe's Pub. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Composition from New York University and has completed additional masters level coursework at The Manhattan School of Music and MSU's John. J. Cali School of Music (where she received a full tuition scholarship and graduate assistantship).
