Arin Maya is a Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter and accessories designer (ArinMayaMade (in BK)) hailing from the south side of Chicago. Her vocal and writing styles draw influences from visionaries like Bobby McFerrin (with whom she has studied vocal improv), Nina Simone, Amel Larrieux and India.Arie, and her performances are fertile ground for musical exchange between ArinMaya and her audiences. Guy Lockard found his legs in entertainment during his adolescence, when he landed his first major role as a Squad member on BET's hit show, Teen Summit. His five year stint on the show was a professional springboard catalyzing incredible opportunities. While studying jazz vocal performance and, his other passion, acting at Towson University, Guy landed a recording contract with super-producer Mahogany (Jay-Z, Dr. Dre) of Ruff Ryders Entertainment. Once in NYC, Lockard studied the Meisner technique of acting at the Maggie Flanagan Studio and studied voice under Maria Zorella. Still unquenched, Lockard auditioned, and earned a spot as a principal singer with the multi-platinum Trans-Siberian Orchestra, working under the great Paul O'Neill. Guy Lockard was featured in several commercials, but most notably, he landed a guest starring role on the hit series, Law and Order alongside Anthony Anderson.
