What happens when hip-hop, techno, pop, and electronica genres are fused together? “Dirty Pop” a sound created by Brooklyn bred KevO Star, not your typical musical artist. Moving at a rapid pace within the music industry ranks his sound is spreading like wild fire. Creating a musical lane in a world of cookie cutter sounds is sure to keep things fun and ever changing to a normally drab world. No stranger to the entertainment world, KevO Star has graced the stage with dancehall’s energetic Elephant Man, and appearing in numerous videos he has been with some of music’s heavy hitters. His stunning good looks have landed him campaigns for Sean “Diddy” Combs Sean John clothing line, along with Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger. Like most artists, KevO Star had the childhood fantasies of being famous, and with hurdles coming from every direction he stayed true to his vision. Staying focused on the dream and making his Mother; GOdmother proud, KevO Star has taken an aggressive approach to bully his way into the industry, and with this determination he is locked and loaded on the prize.

From a broken home in a small town outside of Philadelphia to graduating Georgetown University in 3 years to working on Wall Street and then leaving to pursue his dream as an artist and launch Revel Music Group,Coley is on a mission to inspire the undaunted pursuit of your dreams while not taking yourself so seriously. Perseverance has driven Coley through years of personal and professional struggles, all the way to CEO of Revel Music, a record label that has landed major label deals and works with some of the biggest names in music. In retrospect, it’s easy to look back at the young Coley – a hustler with big dreams and energetic entertainer and say that ending up where he did was inevitable. Coley was performing and doin’ biz literally since he was able to talk. Coley jokes, “My first joint venture was with my Ma at 5. I took an inventory of products in the house and found coupons for her and she’d split 50% of the savings with me.” He first started rapping in 2nd grade and in high school Coley was that guy – the boisterous prankster whose antics got him in trouble with teachers but seemed to excel at everything he put his mind to… straight A’s, vice president of his class, National Honor Society, basketball and soccer teams, a lead in the school play and manager of a local pet store. However, Coley’s home life had begun to unravel. After multiple separations, his folks split in a messy divorce that left the family in a tight spot financially. Despite the painful distractions, Coley stayed focused and got into Georgetown University – a prestigious but pricey school in Washington, D.C that the family couldn’t afford. This pushed Coley harder to make it happen. He took extra classes a semester to graduate early in 3 years; worked on the side as a licensed commercial real estate agent and on Wall Street during the summer; and paid his tuition hustling anything he could get his hands on. Coley recalls, “I’ve slanged all sorts of things to keep my dream alive, it’s pretty ridiculous - from puppies to weed to real estate to custom-made suits I imported from Vietnam to financial products to music, you name it. I’m a hustler by nature, but I only sell things I believe in.” By the time he graduated, Coley was magna cum laude with dual degrees in finance and international business and a theater minor, and had started an independent record label that would go on to become Revel Music Group. After graduating, Coley landed a 100-hour-a-week job on Wall Street as a media investment banker for Credit Suisse. You might say Coley, who can’t help but march to the beat of his own drum, didn’t quite fit in to a buttoned-up bankers’ world. Though he saw success at his firm, working on billion dollar deals and learning the financial system, Coley spent his late nights writing music and building Revel Music Group. And then, buried deep in the frenetic pace of Wall Street but pulled inescapably towards his love for music and performing, is when Coley met Joe “The Butcher” Nicolo — the nine-time Grammy-winning owner and producer of iconic Philly-based label Ruffhouse Records, who helped launch legends like The Fugees, Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Cypress Hill, and Will Smith while selling over 100 million records/winning 9 Grammys. They partnered up along with Joe’s son Tyler Nicolo to launch Revel Music Group together. Coley’s music blends his knack for lyrics, humor, and social commentary into a series of analytical and introspective rap songs on everything from business and women to personal storytelling and social commentary. His songs are the stories of his life boiled down to a few brutally honest bars, mixed alternately with a dose of sarcasm or sincerity, amped up by big beats and catchy choruses. Staying true to Revel’s business model, which oversees an artist from discovery to launch and produces albums in-house, Coley’s debut album has been written entirely by Coley and produced by Revel Music’s production team. Enjoy the ride…

Robin Cook creates her own world bringing everyone with her in her mind-boggling song concepts brought to life through her use of theatrics and performance art. "What can I say. I'm not your average girl. I was the wild child in school who jumped from all heights of the playground, dressed in outrageous outfits and spent my time creating, whether it was clothing, dance moves, melodies, poems, or arts and crafts." Born in Bethesda, MD and raised in the DC suburb of Fairfax, VA, since the age of 6 years old Robin Cook has been performing every chance she can get and honing her crafts. She was the kid in school who jumped from all heights of the playground and was always making the craziest, most interesting things in art class. Coming from a long line of soldiers and artists, including sculptors, dancers, musicians, painters, and growing up in a household with family artwork on every wall, artwork and fighting for what you believe in is in her blood. Starting with acting in small plays for her elementary school and performing at local and summer camp talent shows for years, she is now performing her own originals and covers in DC, VA and NYC clubs, venues and events. Reading music since the age of 8 when she played the cello and playing piano since the age of 10, Robin now has the skill to arrange for an entire orchestra. At age 9 she choreographed her own dance routine and by age 13 was dancing at the NAFL halftime show in Orlando, FL with the NAFL dance team Virginia Lady Monarchs in 2003 after dancing a whole season at NAFL games with the team. Having a great love for fashion and always wearing interesting things to school breaking the boundaries for what was acceptable, she began fashion designing and making her own clothes at age 13, filling sketchbooks of designs ranging from headbands, to belts, to rings, down to the socks and of course, regular clothes, having her mother take her to the fabric store to create her next concoction. Robin has been writing since she was able to pick up a pen and by the age of 12 was a professionally published poet. At the ripe age of 11 she began professionally modeling and by age 14 traveled to New York City for her first time by herself for an acting convention winning 3rd runner up for her monologue performance out of thousands of other teens from around the world having been offered management and a spot on the hit TV show Alias, however, could not move to New York from Virginia at that time because her parents wanted her to focus on school and her childhood. At that same age she began taking private voice lessons after singing in her room and at talent shows for years, learning classical italian arias and broadway repertoire. In high school she performed with the dance and choir group in her school's musical Cinderella. As soon as she turned 16 she began working and saving money to record. At age 17 in April 2007 she traveled to New York City to record her first song "Kiss Me" with Mike "G" Guerriero, songwriter and producer of the Billboard #1 Dance Hit "Kiss The Sky" by Danielle Bollinger. Just over a year later after releasing the song on Youtube, "Kiss Me" became the title track for the independent film A Bitter Kiss. At age 18 Robin began modeling with Barone Modeling Agency modeling for products such as Vera Wang Princess and winning the title of Miss Capital Area Model 2008. 2008 also held some good things for her as she recorded "Close To You" and "Let Go" with producer Jim Ebert at Cue Recording Studios and moved to New York later that year to pursue her career even more by attending college for music. Since moving to New York Robin now has her own handmade, custom designed jewelry line called Dare Devil Jewels and plans on releasing her own store across the world one day with her own custom designs in clothing and accessories. Robin is now working with a great producer on her first two albums, has been performing at open mics and local DC and NY venues for the past three years and building a following and knowledge of who she is and her message to the world. "I love what I do and I work every day to further perfect my craft. I take a deeper look into the world and the people in it. At the end of the day we are all human with the same emotions all living on the same planet and we have to respect each other and our world or we will no longer exist as a human race. Everyone's got a battle to fight but we are in this war together. For the better of humankind."
