I LOVE this song. The Vliets are a small band that I know will be huge in the next year. They’re from Austin and Chicago and have a wonderful Electro Pop sound, perfect for summer jammin’. Happy listening!

“Hey Love” by Quadron

This song is hooks and hooks and hooks all day long. The producer is Robin Hannibal , who is half of the hard buzzing Rhye, with Coco Maja Hastrup Karshøj on vocals. Thier full record comes out in June, and I’m expecting it to feature heavily in my summer jams rotation.

“IFHY” by Tyler the Creator

The aesthetic of OFWGKTA doesn’t resonate with everyone, but there is no doubt that they are a creative bunch. In this recent video, Tyler the Creator showcases dark, emotionally-charged, yet quirky lyrics (reminiscent of Eminem) in combination with his skills behind the camera, putting together a video that even Kanye West decided to share on his website.
